The Women Behind The Work

Legacy Ladies was shaped long before it had a name.

As sisters raised in a large family, we learned early how much it matters to be seen, heard, and held among many voices. Yet despite that closeness, we each experienced seasons of disconnection, feeling isolated and alone. Finding our way back to one another taught us that relationships don’t sustain themselves; they require tending, attention, and the willingness to stay present.

Those experiences shaped how we lead today.

A Background in Listening

Before Legacy Ladies, we each spent years as corporate trainers and facilitators, guiding conversations and planning experiences where clarity, communication, and trust mattered. That work demanded precision, discretion, and the ability to hold space for complexity.

It also gave us discernment.

We saw a growing disconnect between how women in midlife are addressed and what they are actually seeking. Too often, the message emphasized speed and reinvention, overlooking the depth already present.

Legacy Ladies grew from that recognition.

Don't just wish for connection.

Create it.

Why We Create Intentional Spaces

Meaningful connection doesn’t happen by accident.

Through curated gatherings, retreats, and our signature ReTRUnions™, we design spaces where women can step out of constant motion and into reflection. These are not performance-driven events, but carefully held environments where presence is valued and trust is built.

Every detail matters, because trust does.

Jennie brings warmth, insight, and a steady belief in joy, even in uncertain seasons. She helps women reconnect with what feels life-giving and true.

FAQs

What exactly is Legacy Ladies?

We help women reconnect with themselves and those they cherish most.

Is there a spiritual element to Legacy Ladies?

We walk with Wisdom, Restraint, and Courage. While our founders are grounded in their own faith and values, this is a space for extended grace. We believe in softening hearts and nurture empathy, welcoming women who are looking for a community rooted in integrity and love.

What is the Linchpin Method™?

The Linchpin Method™ is a gentle, four-step path - Listen, Initiate, Nurture, Continue - designed to help women practice courageous connection and restore relationships one steady step at a time.

How is this different from setting boundaries?

Choosing connection doesn’t mean reconnecting with those who hurt you. Instead of rigid walls, we use the imagery of Fences and Gates to prioritize your safety and self-respect. This warmer, choice based approach allows you to protect your peace while intentionally deciding who you invite in. Sharing is always optional. Many women begin by listening, learning, and reflecting privately before engaging more deeply.

What if my relationships feel complicated or painful?

You are welcome here. The Linchpin Method™ honors emotional safety and personal pacing. Connection is approached with wisdom, care, and respect for your lived experience. If you are not ready for had conversations that’s okay. Listening and preparation come first. You never have to initiate connection before you feel ready or supported.

Where should I start?

Your journey begins with a gentle breath and a simple step. Here is the best way to dive in:

  • Download the Free Guide: Get your copy of Fences with Gates. This is your foundational tool for learning how to protect what matters while staying open to intentional connection.

  • Explore the Linchpin Method™: Familiarize yourself with our core framework. Your first focus will be Listening (Step L)—the first step toward becoming a Linchpin of Love.

  • Go at Your Own Pace: There is no rush here. We believe connection is a process that unfolds in its own time as you listen for what resonates with your soul.
